AQIS ’20 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Offensive language and imagery is not appropriate in any conference venue.
If a participant engages in offensive behaviour, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to ensure the conference is a welcoming environment for all participants. This may include a warning or expulsion from the conference.
Offensive behaviour includes (but not limited to) the following:

Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion.

Sexual images in public spaces

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

Harassing photography or recording

Sustained disruption of talks or other events

Inappropriate physical contact

Unwelcome sexual attention

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please contact any of the local organisers as soon as possible to ensure AQIS ’20 is an enjoyable and safe event for everyone.
