for the hotel accomodation is over.
Hotel Information
The workshop travel agent is Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd. A block of
rooms has been booked for workshop participants at the near-by Forest Hongo
Hotel and Hotel Kizankan. A room per night costs the following (tax and
service charges included, without breakfast) during the workshop period.
Forest Hongo Hotel:
- Single (18m2) ... 9,000yen
- Twin (36m2) ... 15,500yen
In order to go to Forest Hongo Hotel,
please bring this map
and show it to the taxi driver if necessary.
Hotel Kizankan:
- Single (11.7m2) ... 8,400yen
- Twin (17.1m2) ... 16,380yen
In order to go to Hotel Kizankan,

and show it to the taxi driver if necessary.
Both hotels are in the walking distance to the site.

Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.
If the hotel of your choice is fully booked,
reservation will be made at an alternative hotel.
If you choose Forest Hongo Hotel, please indicate your
preference either for smoking or non-smoking room
at the online booking form mentioned below.
The availability of your choice will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cancellation charges:
In the event of a cancellation of hotel reservation, written notification
should be sent to NTA. Your payment will be refunded after deducting the
following cancellation charges.
- 4 to 15 days before ... 1,000 yen
- 2 to 3 days before ... 20% of daily room rate
- 1 day before ... 50% of daily room rate
- On reservation day or no notice given ... 100% of daily room rate
Booking and Payment
For the booking and the payment of accommodation, please fill in the
online booking form.
For the payment, we accept Visa, MaterCard,
American Express, Diner's Club, JCB.
The hotel charges will be charged to your credit card.
If paying by credit card is inconvenient to you, please contact
Nippon Travel Agency at
convention_itd@nta.co.jp.
For the security reasons, the online form uses SSL.
When accessing the page, there may be some warning about the certificate,
but this does not matter. Please ignore it and proceed, but check
that the URL starts with "https://qci.is.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/qci/".
When you input the card number,
please input all the numbers on your card if the card has some additional ones.
Nippon Travel Agency will send you Confirmation & Invoice by fax.
