One screen with an overhead projector and a projector available for PC presentation is prepared (no large boards are equipped in the room).
We prepare a projector and a laptop PC with PowerPoint 2002
(English version) for PowerPoint
presentation, but presenters are welcome to use their own PC.
(Note: Due to the limitation of our projector, some high-resolution
screen modes (over 1024x768) are not available for presentation.)
If you bring electric appliance (e.g., laptop PC) to Japan, please do not forget to bring a power converter too. Japanese outlets are different from non-Japanese ones and can supply only 100V AC.
Each presentation (short communication) lasts 20 minutes including discussion.
