Free Space Quantum Cryptography

Abstract

A demonstration of secure key exchange over a 23.4 km free-space link is presented. Novel hardware components allow reliable user friendly operation. Novel 4-state schemes heve been realized and their performance is evaluated against standard BB84-systems.
