Participation Fee

Only electronic registrations through this page are acceptable. Participants without presentation are also welcome. We request participation fee for the conference materials and all refreshments.

• 12,000 yen ( until August 1 inclusive )
• 18,000 yen ( from August 2 )
      Cancelation Fee as following
       Before August 11st : 0%
       from August 12th to August 17th : 50%
       After August 18th : 100%
  

For the registration and the payment of participation fee, please complete the online registration form. For the payment, we accept Visa, MaterCard, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, NICOS. The participation fee will be charged to your credit card. If paying by credit card is inconvenient to you, please contact eqis-pc-sec@qci.is.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/qci.
