All durations are meant as <strong>including questions<\/strong>. The projectors natively use an aspect ratio of 16:10.<\/p>\n<p>Two <strong>90-minute poster sessions<\/strong> will complete the program. Poster panels are W1130 x H1630 millimeters in size. Double-sided tape will be available, but no printing facility is offered. In order to know in which session your poster will be presented, please take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1U9fdB0RMjaadQC4PpU3-PSmHyDFKj211irUfGQSDfcA\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">list of posters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An overview of the timetable is below. Besides, on Friday 7, we will hold a <strong>welcome reception<\/strong> at the conference venue starting from 17:00.
