The day before AQIS\u2019 opening, Sunday 18 August, we will hold a welcome reception at the conference venue\u00a0starting from 16:30. Everyone is welcome to join (no need to register).<\/p>\n
We organize the banquet at Fourseasons Hotel<\/strong> (link<\/a>) near Gwanghwamun station (subway line5).\u00a0The dinner will start around 6:30pm (the exact starting time will be decided later). From the conference venue to the banquet place, shuttle will be provided for all participants. After banquet, participant can return to their accommodations independently (Gwanghwamun station -line 5 is very close, Jonggak station -line 1 and City Hall station -line 1 and 2 are at walkable distance), or use shuttles (to conference venue or Best Western Arirang Hill Dongdaemun Hotel).<\/p>\n Regular and student registration fees include Banquet.\u00a0Registered participants can purchase extra tickets of Banquet at a discount price ( For those of you who sign for it at the registration desk, there will be an excursion to Gyeongbokgung Palace<\/strong> (link<\/a>) on Wednesday\u00a021th August. We will leave at 12:30 from the conference venue, and\u00a0shuttle will be provided to the Palace.\u00a0Excursionist should purchase their admission ticket (see the link<\/a>) at the entrance of the palace.
