A submission to AQIS consists of an extended abstract (11-point font minimum, 3 pages maximum excluding references), containing a non-technical, clear and insightful description of the results and main ideas, their impact, and their importance to quantum information and computation. In addition, the extended abstract may refer to a technical version of the work, either posted to an online repository, such as arXiv.org, or uploaded as an appendix after the extended abstract. The technical version will be considered only at the discretion of the program committee. In all cases, the total submission must be uploaded as a single file.
Extended abstracts should be prepared using the LaTeX template provided at this link.
Submissions deviating significantly from these guidelines may be rejected without consideration of their merits.
Contributions must be submitted electronically via the submission website EasyChair (an EasyChair account is required).
Conference Format
The scientific program will consist of invited talks, tutorials, contributed long talks, contributed short talks and poster sessions. By default, each submission will be considered for a long talk, a short talk, or a poster, in this order of preference. The submissions page allows authors to express their preference for talk or poster.
Please note that AQIS does not have published proceedings, so authors are welcome to submit work that has been previously published, and acceptance at AQIS will not impact the ability to publish work in other venues.
