The AQIS’16 conference will focus on quantum information science, an interdisciplinary field bridging quantum physics, computer science, mathematics, and information technology.
AQIS’16 will be the 16th conference in a series that includes EQIS’01-EQIS’05 and AQIS’06-AQIS’15. AQIS’16 will consist of invited talks, selected oral and poster presentations, tutorials, as well as other activities. Contributions are solicited in (but not limited to) the following areas:
- Quantum computation, algorithms and complexity
- Quantum information theory
- Techniques for suppressing decoherence
- Quantum cryptography
- Quantum communications experiments and theory
- Implementations of quantum information processing
- Quantum processor and computer design
