Citizens of China traveling to Taiwan
Visitors from mainland China will need an official invitation letter, which will be provided by your counterparts. Process time for VISA application in this case is estimated to be 3 ~ 4 weeks for individual and 1.5 ~ 2.5 months for group.
Invitation letters are available upon request for attendees. To request an invitation letter, please email 黃怡娜 Yina Huang, ynhuang@mx.nthu.edu.tw and include the following information:
- Full name (in English and in Chinese if applicable)
- Registration confirmation
- Other required information for the letter
