The registration booth (for conference badges, conference packs, and payment receipts) will be open on Friday 7th from 4pm, on Saturday 8th from 8am, and on subsequent days from 8:30am.

The deadline for online registration is August 31st, 23:59 Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
Until August 6th, 23:59 JST, cancellation is possible with full refund; after that date, cancellation fees will apply. (See the above link for more details.)
From the registration page, you can also ask JTB (whose main business is in travels and travel agencies) to help you find your accommodation, but notice that this service, provided by JTB independently from AQIS, is only optional.
For participants requiring an invitation letter: for administrative reasons, we can provide you with an invitation letter only after the registration process has been completed. In case you need one, please contact us at aqis18@math.cm.is.nagoya-u.ac.jp mentioning your name, affiliation, affiliation address, and registration number. Thank you for your kind understanding.
