If you prefer to reserve your accommodation independently, you should be aware that, unfortunately, there are no hotels at walking distance from the conference venue. However, transportation is fast and efficient, so you can safely book any hotel in the central areas of Sakae or Nagoya Station. In order to check the distance, after choosing one hotel on the map, you can ask Google Maps to give you the directions from the red pinpoint highlighted below.
