- Submission Deadline is December 10th 23:59 (AoE).
- Notification of the acceptance is December 14th.
- The poster sessions will use a breakout room of Zoom for each poser. Each presenter can use the breakout room to discuss with other people, The way of presentation is up to the presenter.
- Each poster session is planned to be 60 minutes. The detailed time and the Zoom link will be notified in the notification email.
