1.Conference Registration

a) Registration Fee

Please Note: We will start to accept registration as from May 20, 2012.

* Please send proof of your student status to aqis12@suda.edu.cn when completing your registration.
Note:

Registration fees include (RMB 600 is for meals): welcome reception, banquet, snacks and beverages during coffee/tea breaks, buffet lunches and buffet dinners during the AQIS12, name tag and delegate bag, one poster presentation space.
The fee does not include other cost such as accommodation, travel, transportation or tourism.

& Please complete your registration at your earliest convenience.

b) Registration Steps and Methods of Payment

Fill the registration form online and get your Registration Code.
Pay the conference registration fee. (Conference chairs, invited speakers and PC members need not pay the conference registration fee.)
There are several ways to pay the registration fee for oversea and domestic participants respectively.

c) Terms and Conditions

1. Only fully completed forms can be accepted. The participation fee must be paid in CNY by bank transfer or credit card. All bank charges must be paid by the participants.
2. Following the receipt of your registration, you will receive the confirmation by email. Any alterations or cancellations of your registration must always be made in writing.
3. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee for cancellations until Aug 15, 2012 (in US Pacific Standard Time). Thereafter, no refunds can be granted and 100% of the participation fee will be charged.

It occupies about 68000sq.m of land with its 162000 sq.m of building area. Situated at the center of Suzhou, it becomes the city's symbolic architectural complex. Blending the delicacy, elegancy, solemnity and decency of water land at the south of Yangtze River and embodying the strong spirit of times and future viewpoint, it is reputed as a large-scale entity to serve conference, exhibition, show, business, travel and vacation.

3.Hotel information

We have arranged the special discounted rates at the selected hotel, Suzhou International Conference Center, for the conference. The hotel and its rate are as follows. We won't be able to guarantee you a room if you do not send us the room reservation form. We highly recommend that you book your accommodation as early as possible.

* We strongly recommend to reserve "Single Room" or "Standard Double Room 1#" for foreign participants and Chinese professors. We recommend Chinese students to reserve " Standard Double Room 2#".

b) Terms and Conditions

1. The closing date for hotel reservations is August 15, 2012.
2. Hotel rooms are reserved for the period booked and confirmed. In the event of premature departure, hotels reserve the right to charge you the full amount for the period booked.
