Instructions for Oral Presentation

Equipments

• An LCD projector
  • High resolution over 1024 x 768 is NOT available.
• An overhead projector
• A windows PC with PowerPoint 2003
  • However, we recommend to use your own PC because some characters might be garbled.
    
• No white or black board.

Time Allocation

• Invited talk: 45 min. (presentation: 35min. + discussion: 10 min.)
• Long talk: 30min. (presentation: 25 min. + discussion: 5 min.)
• Short talk: 20min. (presentation: 15 min. + discussion: 5 min.)

Notice

• Our staff will take photos of speakers.
  • If this makes problems for you, please contact the reception desk or our staff.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

• Posters are assigned consecutive numbers from 1 to 58. Please consult the accepted poster list.
• The scheduled time for the poster sessions:
  • SessionA: Sep. 3rd. 16:30 - 18:10 (poster numbers from 1 to 29)
  • SessionB: Sep. 4th. 16:30 - 18:10 ( poster numbers from 30 to 58)
• Place: At the lobby on the second floor.
• Panel size: 2100mm(vertical) x 900mm(horizontal)
• You can set up your poster from the following time:
  • Sep. 3rd. 9:00- (poster numbers from 1 to 29)
  • Sep. 4th. 9:00- (poster numbers from 30 to 58)
• You should remove your poster by the following time:
  • Sep. 3rd. -19:00 (poster numbers from 1 to 29)
  • Sep. 4th. -19:00 (poster numbers from 30 to 58)
    Otherwise, your poster will be removed by our staff.
